These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Betano platform ("Betano", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the Betano website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

In this document, "Platform" refers to the betano-baji.com website and its associated mobile app. "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and related services provided by Betano. "Balance" refers to the total funds held in your account.

Account Registration Requirements:

If information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, Betano reserves the right to close the account and withhold funds at any time.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited

Your account must be fully KYC verified before you can withdraw funds from Betano. A copy of your National ID or passport must be submitted prior to your first withdrawal.

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be refunded or the postponed match rules will apply

All bonuses and promotional offers on Betano are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the individual terms applicable to that bonus.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus applies once only, on the first deposit
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first
• Wagering requirements are typically 5–10 times the bonus amount
• Bonus validity period is generally 30 days
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Unauthorised access to the platform's software or web systems
• Betting using automated bots or scripts
• Using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
